Wabash Center for Teaching and Learning in Theology and Religion
File this under "worthy of further review."
The Wabash Center for Teaching and Learning in Theology and Religion in Crawfordsville, Indiana, http://www.wabashcenter.wabash.edu/index.html, "seeks to strengthen and enhance education in North American theological schools, colleges and universities," and publishes a journal, a "peer-reviewed scholarly publication ... for generative discourse about pedagogical issues specific to our field while contributing substantive, often unique insights into teaching and learning across the curriculum." (If you, like me, don't know what "pedagogical" means, it is defined by Wikipedia.org as "[...] the art or science of teaching. The word comes from the ancient Greek paidagogos, the slave who took children to and from school.")
Admittedly, the journal may be way over my head, but the titles to some of its articles are interesting. You can read the titles to the articles at this link.
The aim of the Wabash Center appears to be very noble, and their site and journal are worthy of further consideration.
